The founder of Quirk Legal, Abi Quirk started her career working for a number of years in the Melbourne Workplace Relations team at the international law firm Hebert Smith Freehills, which is Australia’s premier workplace law team.
She then worked in management consulting, advising some of the largest corporates in Australia on workplace restructures and change management.
After relocating to London, Abi worked as an a commercial and employment house lawyer in multi-national companies and, upon her return for Australia, she worked as an in house lawyer and in a law firm, continuing to specialise in workplace relations and commercial law.
Abi heads up the legal arm of Quirk Legal and uses her extensive, top tier experience to provide every business, regardless of size or budget, with the best, commercially focused legal solutions available.
Simon Quirk previously worked as an commercial and merger and acquisitions lawyer at leading international law firms before holding senior in house legal leadership roles in Australia and overseas.
He then founded, raised funds for and sold start ups and advises and mentors start ups directly and through his extensive involvement in start up accelerators.
Heading up the consulting arm of Quirk Law, Simon advises our consulting clients on M&A, commercial and works with our many start up clients.
Because their different challenges and resoruces, start ups need a different type of consulting than that for an established business. Simon intimately understands these challenges and is as well placed to provide practial and cost effective consulting solutions for start ups and our lawyer, Abi Quirk, provides any required legal solutions.
